As President of AICI, I have had opportunities to interact with luminaries of our industry and in doing so, I have had the privilege to gain much deeper insight into the many challenges faced by our industry.

Finally, the association’s website is up and running. I’m sure that over the next few months it will evolve into a forum where all members can share their ideas and interact with each other in order to collectively address the problems before the industry and lend it direction.

Workshops and seminars on various aspects of our industry are important vehicles for participants to learn from gurus. I am happy that the association has become more proactive in organizing these more frequently in Mumbai and Delhi. I sincerely wish and hope more of these seminars and workshops will be organized in other major cities as well in the near future.
